Loyalty Programme Terms

  1. Earn 1 point for every KES 100 paid on completed orders.
  2. Redeem points on custom orders at KES 1 per point, up to 20% of the order value, with a minimum of 100 points.
  3. Points expire 24 months after they are earned. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are reversed if the related order is refunded or cancelled.
  4. JMG may correct errors and suspend accounts that abuse the programme.
