Fine-Art Commission Terms

  1. Your reference photographs. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photograph you send us.
  2. Price. Price is set by size (A4 to A0, or custom dimensions) and level of detail. The agreed price is final once the 50% deposit is paid.
  3. Timing. The minimum delivery time is 30 working days, longer for larger pieces, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  4. Approval. When the carving is complete we send a high-resolution photograph. The remaining 50% is due once you confirm that it matches your order.
  5. Dispatch. Finished pieces are dispatched within 3 business days of final payment.
  6. Hand-made nature. Each piece is carved by hand; small variations in grain and tone are part of its character.
  7. Portfolio. JMG may photograph commissioned work for its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
